One Account Per Player

Account Security

Account Registration & Security

All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
- Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit of the stated minimum amount within the stated promotional period.
- Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By accessing and using the ov66 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Registering more than one Account or using an Account on behalf of a third party without their explicit written consent.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way, including to place bets, claim bonuses, or circumvent security measures.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software, game engine, or security system on the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to produce artificial outcomes in live betting markets.

ov66 reserves the right to investigate any Player Account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Confirmed violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.
Game Rules & Fair Play

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, bet settlement, or account transaction, Players must contact ov66 support within 30 days of the disputed event. ov66 will investigate and provide a written response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, Players may escalate the matter through applicable legal channels available in Bangladesh.
Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request voluntary closure of their ov66 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no pending wagers or withdrawal requests are outstanding.
ov66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in immediate Account closure. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened at the Player's request — this is a deliberate design feature to support long-term recovery. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which ov66 operates. Any provisions found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be severed from these terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of ov66 to enforce any right under these terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
